Colorado House Bill 1412 Final Report
In 2010, the Colorado General Assembly created the Charter School and Charter School Authorizer Standards Review Committee through House Bill 10-1412. The 1412 Committee was directed to make recommendations to the State Board of Education and the House and Senate Education committees concerning standards for charter schools and charter school authorizers.
